I got an email today from them saying they've "shipped" my next order. I called them immediately (this time I didn't leave a message -- I stayed on hold for approx. 20-30 minutes, talked with a live person who hung up on me when I asked for her name and did just receive a cancellation email).
These people need to be STOPPED!! Anyone else on board with class action lawsuit??? 1283c66
