I haven't even tried it and already it has cost me 110.00. This is a complete rip off to the consumer. They go by the names Direct E-Cig.com and Smokelessdirect.com. Buyer beware.
I was looking for the electronic cigarette that that has flavors and no nicotine. These are nothing but nicotine and contain more than your normal cig. No help at all in quiting. Don't buy from them, as you will be sorry. 1283d2a

I mailed the kit back immediately and cancelled the card I had used. I was contacted by customer service several weeks later (I guess when they tried to charge my card. I told them I had returned it and have not heard from them since. It would seem they are only interested in active cards that they can bill over and over with impunity ![]() |

The good thing is my bank returned the money, and they are going after the co.I did recieve and e_mail from them saying the first shipment was paid in full. I also didnt auth a 2nd shipment. I will obtain my attorney if this amount has been charged to my Visa account. BBB will be notified if this money is billed to my Visa account. I am retired law enforcement and I will not be bullied into paying this I will be awaiting a reply |

If you want your money back, tell them in a polite and rational manner that you will have your bank issue a charge-back. Shouting and cussing at them will not help you. Honestly, call-center people don't get paid enough to deal with *** people cussing at them. They will hang up on you. They issued me a refund as soon as they got their products back from me. |
