They scammed me also! Call your credit card company and file a dispute.

This company has to be stopped! They say...absolutely free, just pay $4.95 shipping...Satisfaction guaranteed! What a laugh! I KNOW that nothing is really free and thought they would make their money when I started needing filter cartridges. Shortly after you receive your free trial, you receive another package ....seems you signed up for monthly cartridges without knowing it and are billed on your credit card for $109.90 for the first batch!!!

I couldn't get anywhere with the rude girl that I spoke on the phone to. They offered to refund me $50.00! I had to call my Credit card company and they took the $109.90 charge off my bill!

I read that the Better Business Bureau filed a complaint with the Attorney General about this company! 12844cb

well it's obvious justread works for the *** company lol... It DEFINITELY isn't stupidity.. They are scammers.. They change the website frequently also, so what you see and pay for one day, wont be the same the next. just STFU. If they werent scamming people... why did my dispute with visa return my money without even returning the product??

I also agree with just read, I was just at their web site shopping, and it all the charges are plainly listed. Too many people want something for nothing.

A total scam - advertised at$4.95 for trial and absolutely nothing about additional charges if unit was not sent back within the 3 week period. They took an additional $99.95 out of my account - UNAUTHORIZED!!! If that is what they require, they should be emailing well enough in advance to confirm what a customers intentions are!! PISSED!

I agree with justread; consumers should read the terms and conditions prior to ordering. If these two complainers had done so, they would have seen in very clear wording that you are agreeing to the monthly recurring order which can be canceled at any time.

I had the same exact problem! They never said anything about a monthly fee after the trial package. If they did it was in EXTREMELY fine print.

maybe you should had read the terms and conditions before you placed the order. None of you would be having these issues. It is clearly stated in the terms and conditions as well a prior to placing the order. You agreed to these terms when you place your order. Weather you read them or not. So why be all mad about your own stupidity...
