So for the dunderheads who believe that people did not take the time to read terms here is what the Federal Trade Commission says"fraud Alert: all over our country we are in danger of out of the country scammers who have p.o. box in various places. Some are in state. E-cig is one of the worse, they bait and switch no where was there any term that said they would place an unauthorized amount from my credit card. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD SEND PAPERS IF I WANTED IN 15 days to join. I did not and never received papers. I suggest you Read and not condemn others. I work with this baloney all day. On my site there was nothing indicating that a follow up free trial would include my credit card being drawn each month. I know legal , I read carefully, what they did say in 15 days they would send information on their monthly plan! They never sent that instead they unauthorized a charge to my credit. Before people order things they should not be lazy for once in their lives and read the fine print so they know what they are agreeing to. However I do have a question for you. If you do not work for the company then why do you refer to the electronic cigarette as "our" electronic cigarette, and again with the money saver plan as "our" money saver plan? Last but not least you say "we" send you a fresh supply of cartridges etc. etc... Was that just a simple copy and past error or are you fibbing a bit? |

NO WHERE did it state that if you did not return the product within 14 days you would be charged $100. It did say that if you enrolled in the money saver programs (which I did not) you would have automatic refills costing $59.99. I am reporting the company to the better business bureau |

I put in my info, and that was it. I noticed the huge charge on my statement, I called customer service to find nobody would answer EVER. SCAM! I went to the bank and filed against it, got my money reimbursed. DON'T BUY! |
