I just got ripped off the same way! I also went back and looked at the Free Trial Offer and NOTHING in the AD itself gives any indication it will cost you more than $4.95 in shipping. There's a tiny little print for Terms and Conditions at the very bottom of the ad, but you really have to look for it because the AD/web page is so huge.

For those of you who posted they didn't have a customer service number for E-cig to complain, here's their email and phone number. I'm not going to quit calling til I get my REFUND!

If you catch it in time. Fortunately, I found out about the scam five days after I ordered and all ready received the horrible kit. So I'm within the 14 day trial, which means I won't get charged the $10.00 restocking fee.  

 

I have to send them back my kit w/in the next couple days and they will not start the recharge. They're in Naples, FL. Figures.
