Well they got me too and when I e-mailed got no reply. Then called to cancel and they didn't even want to talk to me. They just said no refunds after the trial period. I think from what I see here, It's time for a call to the Attourney Generals office ! ! ! This is definitely a scam and they can stick thier E-cig up the you know where. I found out I was ripped off when I opened my mailbox and found a pack of cartridges that I didn't order.I had problems like this with a coffee company some time back and don't think I'll ever order anything like this again online 12847f9

It has nothing to do with reading the terms, for I know legal speak yes I read the terms carefully for I have seen pay day loans, who sneak money into your account and then take that money each month! This is similar it was a free trial no terms spoke of follow up with monthly withdraws form your credit card. I spoke with them and tried that you did not read terms!Bull, I read terms carefully. Never order on line, give your routing no.of bank, never use debit card, or credit card.

Call the Federal Trade Commission as well they did the same to my credit card company who is represented by "Peggy" the commercial where a frustrated consumer whats help with her credit card I am cancel them as well. They did not help, have no e mail, p.o. pox, and they did not know what state Las Vegas was in. We Americans are not being helped by our country these are mostly out of the country customer service which means no service

I have to agree with what just read said, did any of you people even bother reading the terms and conditions? If you did you would have seen where it did explain how the trials work and the charges that are to be placed later. I tried the kit, didn't care for it, called them within my trial and haven't had a single charge or problem with them since. You can't get mad at these people because you didn't take the time to do your responsibilities as a consumer.

maybe you should had read the terms and conditions before you placed the order. None of you would be having these issues. It is clearly stated in the terms and conditions as well a prior to placing the order. You agreed to these terms when you place your order. Weather you read them or not. So why be all mad about your own stupidity...

I ordered the initial trial of Ecig for $4.95 plus S and H. Nothing in the ad said that I would have a $109.50 charge within 15 days of ordering (not receiving) the trial cigeratte. I live on $606.00 a month and would never order anything that expensive. I need my money back and will report this to the consumer protection division of the Attorney General of the US and Texas.

I told her consumer protection will be notified. She then said she will give back $79 and thats all she can do. Told her thats fine. I promised her the $30 she fraud out of my account will cause her more, consumer protection and online forum will be busy.
