I ordered 2 pkgs. One a starter kit, the second which had to be done seperately was an extra battery, refill fluid and xtra atamizer. I got the kit 1st. Charged the battery put it together couldn't really get it to "puff" hardly at all. Wasn't happy. Called later that day to ask about a refund. They said I could a refund less a $10 stocking fee, a few bucks off for the used cartridge and I could get a full refund for the unsued stuff in the 2nd pkg (liquid, battery, atomizer) Cool.. I can live with that..BUTT..
BUT they said.. it really sounds like it could be the atomizer. we will send you a new one. Give that a try first.. Cool, how helpful.. So the next day the 2nd pkg come and it had the spare atomizer in it I ordered and I thought Id try that instead of waiting for the free one too come.. no more success with that one so I called again that night..
The gal seeeeemed so nice and like she wanted to help. She said it was no problem if I wanted a refund but we could check out a few other things to get it working. She asked If I had tried a new cartridge, I said yes too.. She said well you have the liquid you ordered let's try putting a couple drops in the cartridge and try while we are talking.. So I did.. didn't help either! Puffed a tiny bit every few drag and I had to try HARD to get what little I got.
So then she said.. it's not the atomiser we tried that, not the cartridge, even the fluid doesn't work.. it may be the battery. Is your new battery charged she asked.? I said no.. she said well charge it up and try that and if that works we will replace the other battery. I said ok cool.. So I charged the battery and tried it. It still sucked. SO I called again.. This time they told me I couldn't get a refund because I used all those things!! I said wait.. YOUR girl NEW I wanted a refunded and walked me through trying all these things one phone for half an hour and now you won't refund it?? No matter what I tried the answer was no refund. OMG OMG OMG 1284bc5

I put $20 on the card, and bought the $10 "trial". I got the package in the mail (the product SUCKS), and then spent the other $10! They CAN'T screw me!!! These people will be destroyed by their deceptive ways. |

When I called the girl said it was a trail and the tome had passed I asked to speak to supervisor she just said no and hung up on me. |
