Direct E Cig - DID NOT PROCESS CANCELATION REQUESTS, CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME
Hey all you consumers, ripped off by DirectECig.... Let's find an attorney and file a class action suit! Personally, I expected to be charged for keeping the E-Cig, after the trial period. What I didn't expect was for them to send monthly auto-ship cartridges AFTER I informed them (by email & phone call message) to cancel. I sent back two shipments by crossing out my address and writing "return to sender.... did NOT order this product". (they say they never received the packages back -- yeah, right).
I got an email today from them saying they've "shipped" my next order. I called them immediately (this time I didn't leave a message -- I stayed on hold for approx. 20-30 minutes, talked with a live person who hung up on me when I asked for her name and did just receive a cancellation email).
These people need to be STOPPED!! Anyone else on board with class action lawsuit???
