Direct E Cig - Direct e-Cig Defective Product and Poor Customer Service
In addition to the many complaints I have seen about the deceptive practices of Direct E-Cig, they refuse to help you return a defective product.I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office and suggest anyone else who has a problem with them do the same.
I purchased the product for a free 14-day trial.
Battery was defective. they sent me a new atomizer while i was on vacation. when I returned from vacation, the new atomizer made no difference. the battery (e-cigarette) remains defective.
I called to find out where to return the product for a refund and they told me my free trial period was up and I was charged another $109.
