When I purchased the ecig from directecig I attempted to return it because it caused headaches for me of course they said I was past the trial period so I was billed the full amount. 30 days later I saw an unauthorized withdraw from my account when I called directecig they informed me that they automatically enroll you for the refill I explained I could not use them and did not know about this and asked if I could return them and of course you vs not.

If the product was any good they would not have to "steal" money, from unsatisfied customers.

Do not buy this product...if you want an ecig buy from someone else!!! Ecig has poor ethics and customer service!
